Parliament Solar Case Study
Parliament Solar is a 640MWdc utility-scale solar project located just outside Houston in Waller County, Texas. Completed in December 2024, the project reflects Parliament’s decades of experience developing, building, and managing stable, high-performing energy assets, executed with a disciplined, safety-first approach focused on long-term reliability. Now fully operational, Parliament Solar generates enough clean energy to power approximately 140,000 homes, contributing meaningful capacity to the Texas grid while supporting regional energy resilience through responsible, long-term stewardship.
