Parliament Solar Case Study
Parliament Solar, our namesake project, is a 640MWdc utility-scale solar project located just outside Houston in Waller County, Texas. Completed in early 2025, the project reflects Parliament’s decades of experience developing, building, and managing stable, high-performing energy assets, executed with a disciplined, safety-first approach focused on long-term reliability. Now fully operational, Parliament Solar generates enough clean energy to power approximately 88,000 homes a year, contributing meaningful capacity to the Texas grid while supporting regional energy resilience through responsible, long-term stewardship.
Parliament Solar produces ~1,030GWhrs of solar energy annually which is the equivalent to:
143,000
Gas cars taken off the road for a year
125 billion
Smartphones charged
24 million
Propane grill tanks
